Click for the Sun, through its director, is a fully licensed real estate agent in the Comunidad Valenciana (Alicante, Valencia, Castellon) – part of the new compulsory regulation requiring real estate agents to be registered in the Comunidad Valenciana to sell properties in the Costa Blanca. All agents operating in the Comunidad Valenciana are required to comply with the legal obligations and register before October 2023.
We are also proud to be members of the Alicante API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria – Official Order of Estate Agents of Alicante and its province – an association that has been present in the Spanish property sector for many years. Becoming part of the Alicante API is an option taken by estate agents and includes obligations regarding training, experience and an extensive code of ethics.
